Dunlop, Becky Norton
Served as Deputy Assistant for Presidential Personnel under U.S. President Ronald Reagan and in the U.S. Department of Justice as Senior Special Assistant to the Attorney General (1985-86) where she managed environmental, tort reform, and privatization issues. She was Deputy Under Secretary of the U.S. Department of Interior and Assistant Secretary for Fish, Wildlife, and Parks (1987-89). (1)
She was appointed to the Board of Scientific Counselors at the U.S. Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease Registry's National Center for Environmental Health, to serve from 2004 to 2006. (2)
As of 2005 Dunlop was Heritage Foundation's vice president for external relations. (3)
She serves as a board member for the National Wilderness Institute, Defenders of Property Rights, Family Foundation of Virginia, Virginia Institute of Public Policy, American Conservative Union, Association of American Educators, National Conservative Campaign Fund and Reagan Alumni Association. She is a senior fellow of the Alexis de Tocqueville Institution. Her husband George is a former Assistant Secretary of Agriculture. (4)
