Fox, David M.
Served as Assistant Chief Counsel for Enforcement and later as Associate Chief Counsel for Drugs at the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), with experience in the regulation of over-the-counter drugs, antibiotics and insulin, controlled substances, generic drugs, drug naming and medication errors, user fees, advertising and promotion and clinical trials. He was a key figure in the FDA's OTC Drug Facts labeling rule, and was an advisor on bioequivalence, dosage form, labeling issues, and exclusivity matters.
As of 2005 he was a partner at Hogan & Hartson law firm, focusing on pharmaceutical, biological product, combination product and dietary supplement matters. (1)
