Fraley, Robert T.
Has served as a technical advisor to the U.S. Department of Agriculture, the U.S. Office of Technology Assessment, and U.S. Agency for International Development, the National Science Foundation and National Academy of Science, and the International Service for the Acquisition of Agri-Biotech Applications. Has been a member of the Agriculture Biotechnology Research Advisory Committee and the National Institutes of Health's Molecular Cytology Study Section. (1)
