As of 2005 was a senior fellow at the National Center For Food and Agricultural Policy (circa 2003). The Center was founded in 1984 with a grant from the W.K. Kellogg Foundation and entered into a cooperative agreement with the National Association of State Universities and Land Grant Colleges in 2004. (1)
