Kuhlik, Bruce N.
Assistant to the Solicitor General in the U.S. Department of Justice (1984-86).
In the late 1990s he was a partner at the law firm Covington & Burling and a registered lobbyist for drug companies and
industry associations.
As of 2005 he was senior vice president and general counsel of Pharmaceutical Research & Manufacturers of America
(PhRMA)'s and coordinator of the firm's food and drug and healthcare practice groups. (1)
