Kummer Peiry, Katharina
Formerly staff member of United Nations Environment Programme.
Former employee of Swiss Agency of Environment, and Head of Section of Environmental Affairs in the Swiss Federal Department of Foreign Affairs.
As of 2004 she was director of Kummer EcoConsult in Switzerland, and lecturer in international environmental law at the University of Berne. (1)
She is a member of the IUCN Commission on Environmental Law and the Swiss Association for Environmental Law.
She is co-author of CropLife International's Compilation of Expert Papers Concerning Liability and Redress and Living Modified Organisms. (2) CropLife International is a global federation representing the plant science industry, led by companies such as BASF, Bayer CropScience, Dow AgroSciences, DuPont, FMC, Monsanto, Sumitomo and Syngenta.
