Later, formed his own lobbying firm, Walker, Martin & Hatch, which testifies on FDA , (2) on behalf of clients that include Bayer Healthcare, Bio-Technology General Corp, GlaxoSmithKline, and Pharmaceutical Research & Manufacturers of America. (3)
