Beering, Steven C.
Beering has served as dean of the Indiana University School of Medicine, director of the Indiana University Medical Center and Indiana Statewide Medical Education System, chairman of the Association of American Medical Colleges, president of Purdue University, and regent of the U.S. National Library of Medicine.
Elected to the board of directors of Eli Lilly and Company in 1983.
He is also a director of NiSource, American United Life Insurance Company, Indiana Business Modernization and Technical Corporation, CID Equity Partners, and Indiana State Chamber of Commerce. (1)
