Chambers, Scott A.M.

Served as an associate solicitor for the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) and drafted the Examination Guidelines for the Examining Corps and congressional testimony for the agency regarding biotechnology and patents.

As of 2005 was a partner at Patton Boggs, representing corporate clients dealing with biotechnology and life sciences intellectual property issues at the appellate and district court levels and before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and the International Trade Commission.

As of 2005 was a member of the board of directors of the Biojudiciary Project founded by the Biotechnology Industry Organization and Ernst & Young. (1)
